1. Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the cost of credit expressed as a yearly rate. It includes the interest rate plus certain fees that are considered finance charges under the Truth in Lending Act.
APRs for our loan products range from the minimum to maximum rates shown on each product page. Your actual APR depends on your application and is disclosed in your written offer before you accept.
2. Fees
Any origination fee is disclosed in your offer before you accept. Where applicable, it is deducted from the loan proceeds you receive.
There is no prepayment penalty on any Everstead Financial loan.
Late fees, if any, are disclosed in your loan agreement and are typically a percentage of the past-due amount, subject to applicable state and federal limits.
3. Credit reporting
We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
If you believe we have reported inaccurate information, please contact us at support@eversteadloans.online and we will investigate.
4. Equal Credit Opportunity
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
The federal agency that administers compliance with this law concerning this creditor is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, D.C. 20580.
5. Complaints

You may also contact your state's attorney general, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or the Federal Trade Commission.
6. State-specific notices
Loan availability, rates, and terms vary by state. Not all products are available in all states. Where required, state-specific disclosures are provided in your loan agreement.
[State-specific disclosures to be added by legal counsel based on your licensed states and product offerings.]
7. Electronic disclosures and consent
By accepting a loan offer, you consent to receive disclosures electronically and agree that electronic records have the same effect as written ones, consistent with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN).
