Applying

Do I need to check my credit to apply?

No. You can create an account, use our calculator, and complete an application without a credit check. If your application is reviewed, we evaluate the information you provide.

How long does an application take?

Most applicants complete the online portion in 10 to 20 minutes. If we need additional information or documents, it can take a bit longer.

Can I save my application and finish later?

Yes. Once you have an account, your application is saved automatically as you move through each step. You can log back in anytime to continue.

What if I change my mind after submitting?

You can withdraw your application from your dashboard at any time before you accept an offer. Withdrawing does not affect your credit.

Rates & Fees

How is my rate determined?

The rate we offer depends on your application — including requested amount, term, and the information you provide about income and obligations. Your final rate is disclosed in your written offer.

Are there origination fees?

Some products include an origination fee. If so, it is clearly disclosed in your offer before you accept.

Is there a prepayment penalty?

No. You can pay off your loan at any time without any penalty.

What about late fees?

Late fees, if any, are described in your loan agreement and product disclosure. We will always tell you about them before you accept an offer.

Documents

What documents do I need?

Most applicants provide a government-issued photo ID and proof of income. Depending on the product, we may also request a bank statement or additional documents.

How do I upload documents?

Once you have an account, upload documents directly through your dashboard. You can see the status of each one and re-upload if needed.

Are my documents secure?

Yes. All documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to the people reviewing your file.

Repayment

When will I make my first payment?

Your first payment is scheduled after disbursement. The exact date and amount are listed in your repayment schedule in your dashboard.

Can I pay more than my scheduled payment?

Yes. Additional payments reduce your outstanding balance and may reduce the total interest you pay.

How do I make a payment?

Payment options are shown in your dashboard. You can also contact your account officer for help.

Security & Account

How do you protect my information?

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and strict access controls. Only people who need to see your information to process your loan are able to view it.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. You will receive a link to reset your password.

Can I close my account?

Yes. Contact support and we will help you close your account after any active loans are resolved.
